Work Experience
Self-employed, Online
I teach Russian language online for international students via Preply.
Sber Neuroscience Lab, Moscow
I worked as a psychometrics expert in the RnD department, closely interacting with the HR. I was developing measures for assessing potential employees and new personnel, as well as validating existing assessment techniques.
Left the workplace to pursue my Master's in Game Design in Sweden.
Self-employed, Moscow & Online
I conducted weekly sessions with my clients as a practitioner of narrative therapy.
Quit in February 2022 due to burnout caused by world events, pursued Game Design education.
National Research University ‘Higher School of Economics’, Moscow
I worked as a teaching assistant on multiple university courses - from neuroanatomy to personality psychology.
I handled course documentation, held extra classes for students, created and checked tests, wrote feedback on assignments, designed supplementary materials and served as a mediator between teachers and students.
Education
September 2023 - June 2025
MA program oriented on both game research and game design practice.
The program focuses on game analysis, designing new play experiences, and gaining insight into the social contexts in which games are created and played.
During my studies, I completed two independent MA thesis works. Both of them can be found in my portfolio section.
May 2022 - March 2023
A multi-profile introductory program. Covers various aspects of game development: game, level, and narrative design. Has a strong emphasis on business aspects and marketing, game production & operation, as well as team management. Accredited by IGDA (International Game Developers Association).
Sep 2020 - March 2021
A comprehensive course in narrative therapy as an approach in individual counseling.
Covers the the main techniques of narrative approach and provides much space for practice. Advanced modules provide extra practice and expand the technique repertoire.
Sep 2018 - June 2022
Multi-disciplinary curriculum covering cognitive, social, personality and developmental psychology. Included advanced courses in statistics, quantitative research methods, data analysis and visualization.
Major in personality research and psychological counseling, minor in modern educational approaches.
